The 'spiritual' unmentionables and turn-arounds.
The weaker side of my faith. The reason of my writing this is to mainly encourage myself. I am going through a crisis right now that requires tremendous amount of faith for the next several weeks..Perhaps I am blowing it out of proportion in my mind. I had people pray over my situation and I derive comfort there.Yet, when God asks me to let go of my worries to Him I just cling onto my worrying and brooding as usual. This morning as I was blog hopping I came across a cute story about a young woman desperately wanting to be a mom in the face of odds and yes, soon enough God blessed her in an extraordinary way.Yes, she faced few challenges but yet God came through with her.She has such a generous heart.
Few possibilities and realities to consider :
1. Instead of directing emotions inwardly (selfpity/lack of faith) find something else to think about, perhaps help and be there for someone else or find something to be grateful about. In my case, when I read about this young woman's story it encouraged me greatly.
2.Writing about issues that bother you, not only releases some of the tension but also as time passes by,you will see God's work through the process. This young woman she wrote about her trials and well its amazing how God worked through. God is always working behind the scenes.

"Yea,though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,I will fear no
evil, for thou art with me;thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.Thou preparest a
table before me in the presence of mine enemies.Thou anointest my head with
oil;my cup runneth over.Surely GOODNESS and MERCY shall follow me all the days
of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." Psalm 23:4-6.
3.Most often there are people with other problems greater than yours. Yours must be nothing compared to them! All it requires is a little faith. Build that up.
4.Perplexities are always there in life and One should not loose hope or be disappointed at smallest setbacks. Innumerable experiences have shown that in the end everything will work out well, good or bad,God has planned what is best for you.
